Since 1928, the Southwest corner of Skinker and Rosebury, on the West edge of Forest Park, has been graced by the classic appearance of the Versailles. Luxury apartments until 1981, it is now a condominium with 45 units. The location is central with immediate access to both downtown and Clayton.
