About the Versailles

Since 1929, the Southwest corner of Skinker and Rosebury, on the West edge of Forest Park, has been graced by the classic appearance of the Versailles. Luxury apartments until its conversion to condominiums in 1980, with the Declaration recorded in January 1981, it is now a condominium with 45 units. The location is central with immediate access to both downtown and Clayton. The interior space is generous and is a wonderful place to live.
