Insurance Information
The Versailles Condominium Association maintains insurance coverage for the building structure and common areas. Individual unit owners are responsible for obtaining their own condominium insurance (HO-6 policy) to cover personal property, interior improvements, and liability.
Master Insurance Policy
The Association’s master policy includes:
- Building structure coverage
- Common area liability
- General property coverage
- Umbrella liability protection
A copy of the current master insurance certificate can be requested from the Building Manager.
